Returns and Refund

You may return eligible products within 30 days from the dispatch date stated in the order dispatch notification email.

Before returning any item, customers must contact us via the Contact Us page to obtain a Return Authorization Number and return instructions.
Returns sent without prior approval may not be processed.

Important: If a return is made without prior notice, COSME-DE.COM reserves the right not to process the refund. COSME-DE.COM further reserves the right to address any disputes at its discretion.

Return Eligibility
All products must remain unopened, unused, and in original condition to be eligible for return. COSME-DE.COM reserves the right to refuse returns under the following conditions:

  • Opened, used, broken, or damaged products
  • Discount, special promotion, bundle, last-chance, or outlet items
  • Products listed as non-refundable / non-exchangeable
  • Returns requested more than 30 days after the dispatch date

Return Shipping & Refund Method

  • Return shipping fees are not covered by COSME-DE.COM.
  • Shipping fees, handling charges, and surcharges are non-refundable.
  • Approved returns will be refunded in the form of a store coupon, valid for 30 days from the date of issuance.
One-Time Return Policy
Each order may be returned once only.
All return items must be packed and returned in a single package.
If items are returned separately, only the first returned package will be processed.

Unauthorized Transaction Notice
If a customer believes an order was placed without authorization, COSME-DE.COM must be notified within 24 hours of receiving the order confirmation email.
Failure to notify COSME-DE.COM within this timeframe may result in the return or refund request being declined.

Currently, COSME-DE.COM does not offer product exchanges.
Customers may return the purchased item in accordance with the Returning an Item policy and place a new order separately.
Please note that COSME-DE.COM does not cover return shipping costs for exchange-related returns.

For leaked or damaged products, customers must retain the delivery box and all packaging materials.
Please provide the following information via the Contact Us page for investigation:

  • Photos of the exterior parcel box
  • Photos of the interior packaging
  • Photos of the leaked or damaged product
  • Photo of the QR code label on the product

COSME-DE.COM will review the case and respond as soon as possible.
Failure to provide the required documentation may result in the claim being declined.

All orders are carefully checked prior to dispatch.
If an incorrect item is received, customers must contact COSME-DE.COM via the Contact Us page to obtain a Return Authorization Number before returning the item.
The incorrect item must be returned in resalable condition, together with the original delivery note. Once verified, the correct item will be dispatched accordingly.
Returns sent without prior authorization may not be processed.

All refunded items must remain unopened and unused.

Undeliverable & Refused Orders
If an order is undeliverable due to:
• Incorrect address provided by the customer
• Failed delivery attempts
• Refusal to accept delivery
• Refusal to pay duties, taxes, or customs charges
No refund will be issued.

Lost Shipment
If an order is suspected to be lost, customers must notify COSME-DE.COM within 60 days for follow-up. Please refer to the Lost Shipment section for investigation and resolution.

Refund Method
Once payment is confirmed, cash refunds are not issued. Approved refunds will be provided in the form of a store coupon, valid for 30 days from the date of issuance.

Shipping fees, handling charges, surcharges, duties, and taxes are non-refundable.

In the event of any dispute, COSME-DE.COM reserves the right to make the final decision.
